You Asked, We Answered: Developing Women Leadership Potential
The program is offered in two formats:
- 5-month Format: Offers a 2-day in-person kick-off, followed by a 1-day in-person session in month 2, and then monthly 1-hour online sessions for reinforcement over the remaining 3 months.
- 8-month Format: Offers a more extended version of the 5-month program with more in-person sessions or longer online modules.
This program is designed for women in their mid-management positions to support them to unleash their leadership potential
