Started in May 2014 (A division of MyKWEST Solutions, Hyderabad) Ananya-Women@Work is a boutique Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) services consulting firm. We partner with organizations on their DE&I initiatives to bring about real cultural transformation across the company, for a more inclusive, equitable, and happy workforce, with our embedded long-term or stand-alone interventions.
We work collaboratively with organisations in their journey to cultural evolution to a workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their best selves at work. Our comprehensive approach includes getting the management commitment, conducting an assessment, co-crafting a future vision, and arriving at the DEIB goals for your organization. We then collaborate with your Inclusion Council to develop customized strategies and initiatives for your unique needs and aspirations. Whether it’s refining policies, delivering impactful short-term or long-term training interventions, or pure play consulting, we provide the expertise needed to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
Vision To Impact: Leading Change In Diversity And Inclusion
Madhujit is the founder CEO of Ananya-Women@Work a DEIB consulting organisation. After quitting her full-time job, she became a freelance learning and Development consultant. During her consulting assignment, she observed that the percent of women in her learning sessions were far less than the percentage of women in the organisation.
This led her to launch Ananya-Women@Work with a clear mission: to support women in their mid-management roles in unleashing their leadership potential. Recognising the unique challenges women experience in the corporate world, Ananya-Women@Work developed specialised programs to enable them, providing the skills and confidence needed to thrive as leaders in the corporate world.
Today, Ananya-Women@Work is proudly offering holistic solutions that supports members belonging to various underrepresented groups to thrive along with educating and inspiring organizations to cultivate inclusive cultures for everyone. By promoting Inclusion at all levels, Ananya-Women@Work helps organisations foster workplaces where everyone has equal access to opportunities, the decision-making is participatory, everyone’s contribution is valued and every voice is heard leading to a heightened sense of belonging
