This initiative is more than just a program, it’s a crucial journey of growth for both mentors and mentees. Focused on experiential learning, Mentoring Matters accelerates the acquisition and practical application of new skills, seamlessly integrating them into the organizational framework to promote professional and personal growth.

Our Mentoring Matters program is an extended, intentional, goal-oriented, and time-bound initiative designed to bridge the gap for underrepresented groups within organizations. It stands out for its focus on experiential learning, accelerating the adoption of new skills, and providing opportunities for practical application within the organizational framework.
Our mentoring program is primarily aimed at women and underrepresented groups within organizations seeking to advance their careers. However, we encourage anyone interested in becoming a mentor or gaining mentorship to reach out, as inclusivity is at the heart of our mission.
MentoRite is a program that provides a platform connecting mentors with mentees, fostering awareness of the invaluable benefits of mentorship. Through our program, we aim to raise awareness about mentorship while providing women and people from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to experience mentorship.
This methodology is designed to simplify and enhance the mentoring process. “ASK” involves identifying the needs and goals of the mentee. “APPROACH” is about creating a tailored mentoring strategy. “ALIGN” focuses on aligning the mentee’s goals with actionable steps, ensuring a productive mentoring relationship.
