A Journey-Based Mentoring Program to Boost Confidence Among Senior Women in a Multinational Pharma Organization

Problem statement as shared with us :

A pharma organisation with senior women wanted to conduct mentoring for women to develop greater confidence

Organisaiton Type :

A multinational pharma organisation with headquarters in India.

Our understanding :

The women have been in the organisaiton for anywhere between 3 – 18 years. They are high performers however due to the culture of the organisation, they were complacent in their roles.

Our proposition:

A journey-based program where each participant will have an opportunity to speak in front of co-participants each time. The program was conducted for 6 months.

Result:

The improvement in the women’s attitude and presentation skills were shared with the organisation
