During Facilitation Week celebrated by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), our organization facilitated a leadership session, “Climbing Everest Together,” for a client. Using innovative techniques like the Lotus Blossom for creative problem-solving and the Gallery Walk for building consensus, participants explored leadership through the lens of collaboration, resilience, and strategic thinking. The session empowered leaders to foster team cohesion, embrace diverse perspectives, and make well-rounded decisions, preparing them to guide their teams to new heights.
