The program is offered in two formats:

  •  5-month Format: Offers a 2-day in-person kick-off, followed by a 1-day in-person session in month 2, and then monthly 1-hour online sessions for reinforcement over the remaining 3 months.
  • 8-month Format: Offers a more extended version of the 5-month program with more in-person sessions or longer online modules.

This program is designed for women in their mid-management positions to support them to unleash their leadership potential

A game based program to bring forth the biases in people decisions. The program helps participants with a tool to minimise bias in their people decisions at the workplace

Breathe Easy

One crucial detractor in the organisation’s attempt to build a culture of belonging is & “Labels”. Sensitizing various stakeholders to the consequences of using labels, for oneself and others and the harm caused to the overall ecosystem contributes to building an inclusive environment at the workplace. This 4-hour session will inspire participants to appreciate the limiting the nature of labels and finding ways to overcome them.

Mera Wala Purple

“Mera Wala Purple” provides a peek into this diversity of human experiences and then draws our attention to how simple generic principles can provide us guidance to create a space for intentional inclusion for ourselves and others” The session takes the participants through instances of exclusion and supporting them tools to deal with exclusion.

Halo and Horn effect: Understanding Bias

Biases can impact interpersonal relationships at the workplace. It also influences our decisions about people, who we hire, promote, retain, and nominate for stretch assignments, sometimes even without our knowledge. The workshop helps participants understand the origin and nature of bias, and explore ways to minimise the impact bias in situations.
