Ananya Women@work was founded by Madhujit Singh, the visionary CEO of Ananya Women@Work, and Sita Pallachola, the pioneering founder of Angel Hub, MentoRite stands as an innovative platform set to transform the mentorship landscape, especially for women and underrepresented groups. At its core, the MentoRite methodology—ASK, APPROACH, ALIGN—mentors and mentees on the nuances of the mentoring process.
In addition to mentorship, our Inclusion Coaching program plays a crucial role in guiding organizational cultures toward increased equity. MentoRite is a program that provides a platform connecting mentors with mentees, fostering awareness of the invaluable benefits of mentorship. Through our program, we aim to raise awareness about mentorship while providing women and people from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to experience mentorship.
This methodology is designed to simplify and enhance the mentoring process. “ASK” involves identifying the needs and goals of the mentee. “APPROACH” is about creating a tailored mentoring strategy. “ALIGN” focuses on aligning the mentee’s goals with actionable steps, ensuring a productive mentoring relationship.
